After reading the article and looking at the data charts, we can determine that depression in teens correlates a lot with social media
The searches for social media and the searches for depression are very much in sync with each other. That means as interest in social media increases, so does interest in depression. Lot's of google searches for depression might suggest that people think they have depression and are looking up the symptoms. While we can't be sure that this data corrrelates to social media causing depression, it is undeniable that the two data charts are very much in sync with each other. This suggests that their must be some correlation between social media and depression.
